Toke Paludan Møller / Denmark
Toke has been pioneering the fields of sustainable entrepreneurship, participatory leadership, educational renewal, social responsibility and bringing personal practice to professional life since the early 1970s. He is co-founder, with Monica Nissén, of InterChange, a for-more-than-profit training and process consulting company based in Denmark. Toke and Monica have worked for and supported the Danish educational system, international NGOs, public and municipal, national and European governmental institutions, both small and larger companies in the private sector, international networks in many countries, and villages in Africa, Canada, USA, Japan, Singapore, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. Toke is the co-founder/finder of The Art of Hosting, The Flow Game, and the Warrior of the Heart dojo; former Chair of the Board of the Danish Entrepreneurs Association and long-time international professional conference organiser and process host. For the past 12 years he has worked with colleagues in support of large-scale systems transformation in England, the US, Canada, Zimbabwe, Australia, Austria, Ivory Coast, Sweden, Scotland and Lithuania as well as in the European Commission/Ministries. Monica Nissén / Denmark, Finland
Monica is a co-founder and practitioner The Art of Hosting & Harvesting. Starting her professional life with a degree in architecture – Monica found very early on, that designing processes, was just as interesting as designing buildings. For the past 25 years she has worked as a process consultant and facilitator. Since Toke and Monica co-founded InterChange in 1991, they have worked with dialogue based, participatory processes, engaging larger groups of people in co-creating solutions, strategies or the futures they want. Mary Alice Arthur / New Zealand, Denmark
Mary Alice is a facilitator for inspired change. The word ‘facilitator’ comes from the Latin root ‘facile’, ‘to make easy’. Mary-Alice’s key focus is in creating spaces for people to do their best work together. ‘Inspired’ harkens to the ability she has to help people to look at their situation from the perspective of positive possibility. ‘Change’ comes when people are supported first to honour, and then move from their strengths, to common and then higher ground. Mary Alice Arthur is a life-long intentional nomad and on the way has been gathering wit and wisdom from the world in the form of stories, mythologies, teachings and learnings, which weave their way into her life and work. Jan has been working in the field of systemic organisational change and development since 1995. Since the beginning he was inspired by the potential in leaders engaging and empowering employees and stakeholders in co-creating collaborative and innovative solutions. He has made it a core competence to implement participatory governance and leadership in organisational development and as a capacity for people of all levels in the organisations and communities to learn and practice. Jan has worked in all types of international organisations – Corporate companies, large public administrations and NGO's. Jan is one of the co-founders of "The Art of Hosting"and "The Flow Game" and is author to the book, "Idea Development – from head to hands". James Ede / Australia, Denmark
James is a gardener, teacher, musician and world citizen. He is a geek when it comes to living systems and a champion for healthy soil given the vital role it plays in supporting life on this planet. As Process Consultant and Learning Host, his work explores the application of wisdom from nature to the contexts of Education, Organisational Development, Project Management and Leadership. In a world crying out for wiser action, he is also curious about the relationships between preparation, practice and performance. Bolette Nyrop / Denmark
Bolette is a proces designer, host and a change agent devoted to contributing to healthy, learning and co-creating work environments and communities. In the larger picture, she dreams of taking democracy, citizenship and co-creation across state, market and civic sector to the next level. Through collaborative and innovative processes she wishes to co-create with others a world in which humans thrive, unfold their individual and collective potential, welcome diversity and meet complexity with collective wisdom and action. A Master of Political Science and holder of a Minor Degree in Musicology from Copenhagen University, Bolette was for many years a diplomat in the Danish Foreign Service. In recent years she has moved on to working with involving conversations, participatory leadership and story-activism as ways to co-create the future we dream of. She is a Co-Founder of the activist group From Crisis to Possibility and ”Vigtige samtaler om folkeskolen” and Founder of Citizens’ Conversations. She is a passionate Art of Hosting practitioner as the methods and mindset resonate deeply with her as wise and powerful tools in transforming individuals and systems. |
Helle Solvang / Denmark
Helle has 15 years experience as a radio and television host at the Danish National Radio Broadcasting Corporation (DR) in the field of arts and culture. Currently she is running the popular weekly radio-magazine The Language Laboratory (Sproglaboratoriet) at P1. She has a background as a trained conductor at The Musicology Institute in Copenhagen and has studied cross-aesthetics of Modern Culture. Since 2006 she has staged hundreds of interviews with artists, activists, entrepreneurs, politicians and other change makers and explored the potential for transformation in society - collectively and individually. She is a certified Flow Game Host and a passionate practitioner in ’the Art of Hosting Conversations that Matter' at eg. Kulturmødet and in the field of green transition. Initiator of the action group ‘From Crisis to Possibility’ and one of the story-activists behind the ‘Denmark 1813-2013’-initiative. |
Thine Jensen / Denmark
Thine has 15 years experience in management communication and organizational development, primarily from the financial sector as a manager within corporate communications. Since 2007 she has worked as an entrepreneur with her own company, Interaktion. In a cross field of communication, collaboration and coaching, Thine's key focus is in creating space for people to do their best work together in the process of going from strategy to reality. Her foundation is a Master in Danish language supported by various trainings in coaching and facilitation and therefore she's an extremely strong communicator and listener with an eye for what's going on in group interactions as well as on a personal level. Thine is a passionate practitioner in the 'Art of Hosting and Harvesting Conversations that matter' and here key words for Thine are interaction, respect, recognition, openness and honesty.
